This sim seems to take up where GPL left off, with a much easier learning curve and the availability of driving assists to help along. I hadn't tried GPL on this computer, but had got frustrated with GPL trying to find reasonable force feedback settings (I hadn't looked for a while, but a couple of years ago nobody seemed to have any consistent recommendations for my wheel). Gameplay is fantastic, realism is incredible! I won the first championship and IIRC the second, had enough money to buy the Alfa GTA, so I might go back and run those two again at a higher difficulty level. I started with the entry championship - 3 FIA TC-65 events, running the Mini or Cortina, using the middle difficulty level (of 5 levels). I might try bumping it up to 1024x768x32 to see how it looks! The graphics were great, smooth with no slowdowns or issues. Computer is a P4, 3.2 GHz, 512MB, ATI X300 graphics chip. Got GT Legends up and running last night - I had to mess around to get my USB Thrustmaster Ferrari FF wheel working, I hadn't used it (or GP Legends) since upgrading my computer back in June.Īfter loading the game, I just ran it with the default graphics settings, at 800圆00x16.
